CD690 Facelift: 2017-2018 MKC
Your 2017 or 2018 MKC carries the same Texas 4D (ID4D67) chip and PATS II security with minor fob design tweaks. Programming flow is identical: OBD-II with PIN retrieval. Lincoln refreshed the fob styling, but the security architecture underneath stayed put.
CD690 Final: 2019 MKC
Your 2019 is the last MKC before Lincoln rebadged the platform as Corsair. Still the Texas 4D (ID4D67) chip on PATS II. Intelligent Access with push-button start is standard on every trim. Same OBD-II programming method we run on every MKC year.

Proximity Sensor Failure

Transponder Programming Lockout
