Which Key Does Your E-Pace Have?
The fully loaded Jaguar E-Pace fob with lock, unlock, trunk, remote start, and panic. Found on top trims with every available key feature.
Uses side-milled or laser-cut blade with sidewinder grooves. The blade pattern is harder to duplicate than standard keys. Found on security-conscious Jaguar E-Pace trims.
A laser-cut metal blade hidden inside the smart key fob. Press the release catch and slide it out to manually unlock the driver door if the fob battery dies. It only opens the door; the E-Pace still starts by push button, so the engine cannot be started with the blade alone.

E-Pace Fob Shell Cracked or Broken
The plastic shell of the Jaguar E-Pace key fob can crack from drops or wear. A broken shell exposes the internal circuit board to moisture and damage. We can transfer your electronics to a new aftermarket shell at your location.
Rapid Battery Drain in E-Pace Fob
Some Jaguar E-Pace key fobs drain batteries faster than expected due to constant proximity signal broadcasting. If you are replacing the battery more than once a year, try storing the fob away from electronics and metal objects when not in use.
Key Not Detected After Battery Swap
On certain Jaguar E-Pace model years, replacing the fob battery can occasionally desync the key from the vehicle. If the car shows "Key Not Detected" after a battery change, try locking and unlocking the doors with the physical key blade, then attempt to start. If it persists, reprogramming is needed.
Can You Program a E-Pace Key Yourself?
Jaguar E-Pace: Self-programming was never available on the E-Pace. Every model year requires dealer or locksmith programming with online security-server access; there was no earlier year that allowed an at-home procedure.
