MOTORCYCLE KEY REPLACEMENT

We carry OEM-spec blanks for over 40 brands and cut on a Condor XC-Mini Plus with motorcycle-specific jaws. If a key code is stamped on the lock or ignition housing, we decode it directly. If not, we impression the lock or pull the wafer pack and read the combination by hand.

Lose all keys and the immobilizer blocks the engine regardless of how clean the blade cut is. We use the AutoProPad and Autel IM508 with motorcycle-specific adapters to read the immobilizer via OBD or direct EEPROM access, then write a new transponder token to a fresh key.

We diagnose mechanical versus electrical on-site: worn wafers, broken springs, and corroded housings on the mechanical side; faulty switch contacts and melted connectors on the electrical side. For mechanical failures, we disassemble the cylinder, replace individual wafers with OEM-spec parts, and rekey to your existing key.

We program replacement security fobs through direct communication with the TSM (Turn Signal Module) or HFSM (Hands-Free Security Module) depending on the year. Mechanical key cutting requires Y-series blanks on a specific jaw clamp, which we carry on every truck.
