EZ Car Keyz Ormond Beach

Check the license before you book. BSIS LCO#6792 is searchable on the state licensing website in thirty seconds. Scam outfits quote $35, show up unmarked, drill your lock, then triple the price. I decode with a Lishi pick and give you the final number before touching anything. Same process at a dirt lot near Ormond Beach or across Oxnard. Licensed means accountable.

Usually the fob is wrong inside, not broken. A Kia Forte owner near the Ormond Beach apartment lots ordered a self-programmable fob with the correct shell and the wrong guts: a button remote chip, no proximity transponder, which will never start a push-to-start Kia. I verify FCC ID, frequency, and chip type before I open a single tool, so you hear it before you spend a dollar. Every job carries Hiscox insurance.

Depends on the car. On a transponder or smart key system the previous owner's keys cannot start it once I erase them from the immobilizer. The old blade might still turn the door cylinder, but the engine will not fire. For Nissans and Kias 2015 and up, I program new keys and delete the old registrations. Want the cylinders rekeyed too so the old blade cannot open the door? Same visit. Google Guaranteed.

It comes down to how the key behaves and what the wafers look like once the cylinder is apart. A 2016 Kia Soul near the industrial corridor had three wafers ground flat from sand and keychain weight, restacked to factory depth for a smooth turn. If the housing is cracked or the electrical contact burned out, restacking will not hold and it needs full replacement. As a NASTF Vehicle Security Professional I disassemble on site so you see it first.

Every key and fob I program comes with a warranty covering blade defects, chip failure, and programming faults. If a transponder stops communicating with your immobilizer, I come back at no charge. That applies near the Ormond Beach wetlands or across Ventura County. Physical damage like saltwater or a snapped blade falls outside coverage. BBB A+ rated, and warranty response runs the same ETA as the original call.

Not true. Nissan dealers claim Intelligent Key programming requires their Consult III. It doesn't. The Smart Pro and the Autel IM608 both extract the PIN and register new fobs at the vehicle. Half the dealer cost, no tow. Kia runs the same pitch, insisting PIN-dependent fobs are dealer-only. I've programmed hundreds of Fortes, Souls, and Sportages across the 805, including at the Ormond Beach turnouts. Over 1,400 five-star Google reviews confirm the results. Every key is Hiscox insured.
