Serving The Riviera Drivers Daily
2:45 PM. The pickup line at Roosevelt Elementary is moving and your Highlander is not. The push-to-start button does nothing, the dash is dark, and your kid is about to be the last one standing on the curb. I got this call on a Tuesday last fall. Parked on Alameda Padre Serra, pulled the Dolphin out, cut a new high-security blade, and had the Autel syncing the immobilizer before the crossing guard left. Forty minutes, key to key. The Highlander's 128-bit Texas Instruments chip doesn't care that you're in a hurry, but I do.
Riviera Market & Liquor at 4898 Hollister Ave is the closest convenience store within the neighborhood. For major groceries, residents drive south on Riviera Drive or Serra Street to State Street for Whole Foods (3761 State St), Bristol Farms La Cumbre (3855 State St), Ralphs, Trader Joe's, and Vons. Lazy Acres Natural Market is at 302 Meigs Rd to the southwest. Whole Foods includes a WFM Coffee & Juice Bar. Strip malls and parking lots cluster along State Street.
Neighborhood Snapshot

Residents are predominantly affluent retirees and professionals, with a median age of 63 and 66.4% in executive or management roles. Average individual income is $120,661. The neighborhood ranks in the top 15% of U.S. neighborhoods by wealth.
WHAT THE VAN CARRIES
Transponder Key Programming
In 25 minutes, I have your Pilot starting clean with a fresh transponder key. The older Pilots use a 46 chip that hardware store blanks skip entirely. I write the key data to the immobilizer with a Smart Pro, cut the blade on site, and confirm the engine fires. Transponder keys run $145-$185.
Car Key Replacement
In 40 minutes, I have your Highlander back in your hands with a brand new key. Lost your only set near Franceschi Park? The Autel IM608 reads the immobilizer module, generates fresh key data, and I cut the high-security blade while the programming cycle completes. All-keys-lost on a Highlander runs $245-$325, and you never leave the Riviera.
Lockout Service
In 5 minutes, I have your Palisade unlocked near El Encanto. Lishi HY22 into the door cylinder, a few rakes, and the lock turns. Keys sitting on the seat the whole time. $95-$125.
Spare & Duplicate Keys
In 30 minutes, I have your Odyssey carrying a backup key that didn't exist when I pulled up. The Dolphin cuts Honda's high-security keyway clean on the first pass, and I sync the new transponder through the OBD-II connector while your working key sits in the ignition. Spare keys run $145-$185 for a transponder or $245-$325 for a proximity fob.
