2002 Acura CL Transponder Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
Over near Ormond Beach in Oxnard, a yoga instructor had been putting off getting a spare key for her 2002 Acura CL. Then her only working master key started acting up. She would turn the ignition to ON and the green key light on the dash would stay lit instead of going off after two seconds. Some mornings the car fired right up. Other mornings, nothing. The green key light came on for two seconds and went dark, which is exactly what you want to see.
Tested ignition, tested the remote lock and unlock, let her try it twice herself. The whole job took about 25 minutes in the lot.
She kept her old key as a backup. Smart move on a car this age.
