On FBS3 platforms like the W204 C-Class, W211 E-Class, and W221 S-Class, we handle this entirely on site. Not for most Mercedes models we service. A mobile locksmith with the right tools and credentials can handle all-keys-lost right where the vehicle sits. One E-Class owner was facing a couple of weeks wait and $600 at the dealer. A Sprinter owner had one dealer refuse to help and another quote $1,200 through a third party. Towing a Mercedes to the dealer adds $150 to $250 on top of whatever they charge for the key. We come to you.
