In Ventura Harbor Village, a delivery driver handed me his Acura fob and the little emergency insert in two pieces. The blade had snapped off flush in the driver door. He’d been forcing a slightly bent insert for months and it finally sheared.

Then I verified the electronics: five-button smart key, FCC ID KR580399900, OEM 72147-TZ3-A51, board number A2C80399900. His shell was split, so I moved the board into a new housing and set a CR2032 in it.
Last step is always the truth test. Door handle touch unlock, handle lock button, trunk, panic, remote start, then a start with the fob in his pocket. When it fired up, he just nodded and went back to his route. The dealer route would have been parts wait plus the car sitting there.
