In Ventura, out at Pacific View Mall, my phone rang with that tight, controlled voice that tells you something just happened.

When it fired up and stayed running, she finally exhaled. She locked it with the touch handle, loaded the kids back in, and drove home with working keys the same day. No tow truck. No waiting on a parts order.
