Locked Out in College?

First I pin down where the car actually is, not where you are standing. In College that matters, because people call me from home while the car is still on Day Road, in the Ventura College East Lot, or by Victoria Plaza. I ask for the make, year, whether any key exists, and a photo of the parking sign if it is curbside. Then I meet you at the vehicle, verify ID and registration, and start.
