I extracted the blade, decoded the lock with my HY22 Lishi, and cut two fresh keys. Her fob, FCC ID CQOFD01340, was a 7-button flip key that I rebuilt into a new shell with the salvaged chip.
She went from zero keys to two in about 40 minutes. Total was around $229. A full AKL would cost more, and the dealer wanted $412 either way. If you have the broken pieces, bring them.
