His Fobik remote, FCC ID M3N-40821302, was a 4-button unit that I paired to the vehicle as part of the all-keys-lost sequence.
No drilling, no cylinder swap, no new ignition housing. Total was 95. The other locksmith wanted 200 or more with a full cylinder replacement. His original lock works with the new key exactly like it worked with the old one.
