I got a call on a Saturday afternoon from a tennis coach out near Buena Creek in Vista. He was at the courts and his Q3 wouldn't start. Yes, and it's more common than people think. On the 2016 Q3, the flip key blade folds out from the housing. If the blade is forced in at a slight angle or the pivot pin is worn, the blade can bind or snap at the base. Extraction without damaging the cylinder is the first priority.
