A polo club member at an equestrian center outside Poway needed exactly that. He was 30 minutes from town when his 2015 Porsche Panamera smart key stopped working after it was dropped in the arena sand. The fob was full of grit and the proximity system couldn't detect it. He texted me his GPS pin. I drove out with everything for his Panamera already loaded. I used my ACDP to read the KESSY module data as a backup before working. His fob, FCC ID KR55WK50138, was a 5-button car-shaped smart key. I cleaned the sand-damaged fob, tested the electronics, and when the antenna board was dead I swapped the data to a fresh fob and programmed it on-site.
His car started on that gravel lot. Total was around $452. A dealer would have charged $804 plus a tow from an equestrian center no flatbed was reaching quickly.
