A Buick owner in Oxnard had just bought a used 1997 Buick Century with one key. The seller told him to get a spare "sooner rather than later." He called the dealer and they quoted 200 for a second fob and programming. He figured that was just what Buick keys cost.

I met him at the bank lot where they closed the sale. His key uses FCC ID ABO0204T, which is a standard GM smart fob with an HU100 emergency blade. I used my HU100 Lishi to verify the blade profile, then cut a spare and programmed it through OBD with my IM608.

His spare works identical to the original. Lock, unlock, push-to-start. He paid around 95 instead of 200 and drove home with two working keys and the peace of mind that if one dies, he's not stranded.
