Saturday morning, Torrey Pines, guy calls me from the street just off the trails parking area. He'd come down for an early run, got back to his 2023 Giulia, and the fob wasn't waking the car. He asked what the dealer would have done. Probably kept the car for a day or two, run diagnostics, and sent him a number that made his eyes water. He was back on the trail inside forty minutes of calling me, and the bill was a fraction of what he'd braced for.
