There's a swap meet off the main commercial stretch in Otay Mesa that runs on Sundays, and I was already in the area when I got the call.
A vendor there - guy who moves aftermarket parts for a living - had locked himself into a situation where his 2019 Optima would only start half the time. Not a dead battery. Not a tow situation.
