There is a barbershop in Downtown Ramona, tucked into a strip mall, and the guy running it had a pretty direct question before I even opened the van door. I programmed his spare on site, walked every function with him in the parking lot, and he was back inside cutting hair inside of thirty minutes. He paid a fraction of what the dealer had quoted him for the OEM version. He asked if the savings were real or if he was going to regret it in six months. I told him to call me if anything felt off. He has not called.
