I got a call from a homeowner out in San Diego Country Estates, the kind of neighborhood where you're a good 20 minutes from anything resembling a dealer. Her 2010 LR2 was sitting in the driveway showing a key-not-detected warning on the dash. She'd already tried new batteries. Twice.
