I got a call from a guy parked near the border-crossing side of San Ysidro Village. He had one key left for his 2010 G5 and it snapped in half in the ignition. Not jammed, just snapped clean at the bow. The blade half was sitting in the cylinder and he'd already tried fishing it out with a tweezers. That made it worse.

He'd been blaming the battery.
