Her 2000 Chrysler LHS was in the brewery lot with zero keys. The dealer told her roommate they could order a FOBIK but it would take 3 to 5 business days and the car would need to be towed in. I decoded the lock, cut the blade, and had both FOBIKs working before her roommate even arrived.
She drove home that night. Total was 95 for two new keys. The dealer estimated 200 plus a tow and a multi-day wait. The stolen FOBIK can still physically enter the door lock but the immobilizer won't let the engine start. She had two fresh keys and the old one was dead to the car.
