Not every Infiniti owner lives near a dealer. There are fewer Infiniti dealerships than most people realize, especially outside metro areas. A retired executive on a hilltop estate outside Thousand Oaks had a 2015 Infiniti QX80 that needed a new key. The nearest Infiniti dealer was well over an hour each way.
