I got a call from a guy stuck in a trailhead parking lot near San Ysidro Village. He'd gone out for a few hours and came back with no key. Checked the trail, checked the ranger station, nothing. His I-Pace was sitting right there and he had no way in.

Once inside, I connected my diagnostic equipment through the OBD port and got into the vehicle security system.
