2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
Key Replacement - Save vs Dealer in San Diego

2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Out in Ramona Country Estates, I got a call from a fleet manager running a small rental operation. He had three 2024 Grand Wagoneers and a fob problem that had been quietly bleeding him for months.

The way it started was that fobs had been shuffled between vehicles. Keys got left in the wrong unit, drivers grabbed whatever was on the hook, and over time nobody was confident which fob belonged to which Jeep. He needed dedicated spares for each vehicle so the guessing stopped. He called the dealer first. They quoted him per-key and wanted each vehicle brought in on a separate day, which meant three half-days of pulling a rental unit out of rotation instead of putting it in a customer's hands.

He called me instead.

I drove out to his lot one morning. Three vehicles, back to back, all in the same gravel pull-through off the road. I worked through the secured gateway on each one, registered a fresh fob, cut the blade to match, and tested every button and every door before moving to the next vehicle. The whole run took a few hours. Nobody had to trailer anything to a dealer, and the first rental pickup of the day went out on schedule.

He texted me a week later. Said the drivers had finally stopped arguing about keys. That was the whole win.
