A soccer league coach at the community center lot near Santa Barbara City College on a Saturday told me he'd already been burned. I showed him the confirmation on my screen.
He paid me 95. A dealer charges 200 for the same work. The difference on Buick is that the theft-deterrent system is particular, and a locksmith who's never touched one will fail.
