Not every Infiniti owner lives near a dealer. There are fewer Infiniti dealerships than most people realize, especially outside metro areas. A retired executive on a hilltop estate outside Ojai had a 2009 Infiniti Fx35 that needed a new key. The nearest Infiniti dealer was well over an hour each way.
