2010 Infiniti G37 Smart key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
A graduate student at his cousin's apartment in Thousand Oaks had already been burned once. Another locksmith tried to program a smart key to his 2010 Infiniti G37, failed partway through, and left error codes in the IMMO module. He charged $160 for "the attempt" and told the student to go to the dealer. The Infiniti now wouldn't recognize any key at all.

I plugged my IM608 into the OBD port and saw the damage immediately. Fault codes from the incomplete programming and an IMMO module stuck in a confused state. I cleared the codes, verified the module was back to a clean baseline, then ran a proper Infiniti smart key learning sequence from scratch. His smart key, FCC ID KR55WK48903, was a 4-button fob. The previous locksmith had forced a procedure that didn't match his model year, which is how the module locked up.
His Infiniti started clean. Total was 334. Dealer wanted 607 to fix it. I didn't charge extra for the cleanup because that's part of doing the job correctly.
