She stood there watching the whole thing with her arms crossed. Not hostile, just paying attention. When the engine turned over on the new fob, she nodded once and uncrossed her arms.
The dealer had quoted her a number that included a VIN-ordered key, a scheduled appointment days out, and the drive to the nearest Infiniti service center. I did it in her parking lot in about 40 minutes for way less than what they wanted.
