A guy in Spring Valley Village called me on a Sunday afternoon. His 2002 Rendezvous had one key left, and that key had snapped at the neck, right where the blade meets the plastic head. The blade was still stuck in the door lock. He'd been using a pair of pliers to start the car for two weeks.

He asked if the dealer could've done it faster. I told him the dealer would've wanted the car towed in, ordered the key, and had him back Tuesday at the earliest. He drove himself to get lunch twenty minutes after I got there.
