She was at a live music venue in Thousand Oaks and her purse was gone. Someone grabbed it during the show. Car keys, wallet, phone. She borrowed a friend's phone and called the police first, then her boyfriend, then me.

Her 2017 Buick Lacrosse was in the venue lot with zero keys. She called the dealer the next morning. They quoted 450 plus a tow and told her it would take several days once the car was in.

All-keys-lost on a Buick means clearing the entire key memory in the BCM and starting fresh. I used my IM608 with CAN-FD adapter to access the BCM, wipe the stolen key data so it would no longer start the car, and program two new smart fobs from scratch. Her fob, FCC ID HYQ4EA, was a 5-button key. I decoded the lock with my HU100 Lishi, cut the emergency blade, and had both fobs working before lunch.

She had two new keys and the stolen one was electronically dead to the car. Total was 265 for two keys. On Buick, running the AKL procedure clears all previously registered fobs from the BCM, so the stolen one can't start or unlock by proximity anymore.
