I was already in Thousand Oaks when the call came in from a guy over in Sunset Hills. His 2018 Buick LaCrosse was sitting in his driveway and the fob had stopped doing anything. He mentioned the dealer had quoted him a number that made him wince. That wasn't what came up in our conversation, but it was clearly part of why he tried the online fob first. I don't fault that.
