A farm manager at an avocado orchard outside Camarillo needed this. He was 25 minutes from town when his 2012 Mazda 5 key stopped working. The fob went dead and the emergency blade couldn't open the door because the manual lock had been disabled by a previous owner. His car was sitting on a gravel access road between rows of trees.

He texted me his GPS pin. I drove out with everything for his 5 loaded. I used my ACDP to back up the keyless module data, then decoded the lock with my Lishi, cut a fresh blade, and programmed the replacement through OBD. His key, FCC ID WAZX1T763SKE11A04, was a 4-button remote.

His car started on that gravel road. Total was around 172. A dealer would have charged 369 plus a tow from a location no flatbed was reaching easily.
