The dealer process for a 2023 Acura TLX key goes like this. You call and get transferred to service. You schedule an appointment, usually days out. You figure out how to get a car with no working key to the dealership, which probably means a tow. You sit in a waiting room. You pay $591 plus whatever the tow cost.
