I was already working in El Cajon that Friday night when the call came in from Crest.
A couple had come out after a late anniversary dinner to find their 2017 Audi A3 completely unresponsive. The flip key was dead. No lock, no unlock, nothing. A 9pm Friday call in Crest is the same job as a 9am Tuesday call. When the parts are already in the van, the only variable is drive time.
