Down near the Bay Marina area in National City, I got a call from a guy who had snapped his key inside the door lock of his 2001 Buick Park Avenue. Not just worn down, actually snapped, with half the blade still sitting in the cylinder.
His first call had gone to another locksmith who told him the door cylinder needed to be drilled out. On a car this age, that starts a chain reaction.
