Her purse had been grabbed while she was distracted at a shopping center, and everything went with it: wallet, phone, and every key to her 2017 Genesis G90. She drove home that night. The stolen fob is dead to this car. Dealer route would have meant a tow, several days without the vehicle, and a bill that was notably higher. She got two working keys and the stolen one rendered useless, all before the parking lot cleared out.
