I got a call out of Spring Valley Village on a weekday evening. A mom had been at a pediatric clinic with her toddler, who was running a fever, and when she got back to the overflow lot her 2019 Kona would not respond. The start button was doing nothing. From her call to the engine running was just under 45 minutes. The dealer would have been a morning appointment and a bill she did not want to think about. She got her kid home and into bed.
That is the job. The technical part matters, but so does showing up when the dealer does not.
