A school administrator over near Bressi Ranch had been dealing with an intermittent key problem on her 2011 Mazda 5 for about a week before she called me. Some mornings it fired right up.

She had a working key in about an hour. The dealer comparison was almost an afterthought at that point. Four days, a tow, and a half-day of waiting versus a mobile tech in the parking lot during the quiet part of the morning.
