I was parked up near the Poway Business Park finishing notes on another job when the call came in. A mom in a hospital parking lot, kid just discharged, 8pm, fob completely unresponsive.

I still ran through every function before I packed up. All five buttons, door handle touch response, the start button, the whole loop. The kid was asleep in the back seat by the time I was done. She had one less thing to deal with that night, and it cost her a fraction of what a morning dealer visit would have run.
