Then I decoded the lock, replaced the worn wafers, and cut a fresh key matched to the repaired cylinder. Her remote, FCC ID MOZBR1ET-0010, synced back up through OBD.
Total was $256. The dealer's $449 quote included parts she did not need. The ignition turns smooth now and the key slides in clean. I replaced what was actually worn, not the whole assembly.
