Do you need to tow your 2004 Dodge Intrepid to the dealer? Almost certainly not. For most Dodge models from the late 2000s through the early 2020s, I handle all-keys-lost right at the vehicle.

A home care worker in a manufactured home community in Goleta had her only Fobik stop working one morning before her first patient visit. Her total was about 95. The dealer would have been 200 plus the tow. There are a small number of very new Dodge platforms where aftermarket tools don't cover AKL reliably, and those do need the dealer. But for the vast majority on the road, I do all-keys-lost on-site every week. If yours is an exception, I'll tell you straight up instead of wasting your time.
