Not every Dodge owner lives near a dealer. A ranch hand on a horse property outside Oxnard had a 2010 Dodge Journey that needed a new key. The nearest Dodge dealer was over an hour each way. He had two working keys before I left. Total was 185. The dealer route would have been 395 plus two hours of driving or a long-distance tow. For rural customers, mobile service isn't a luxury. It's the only thing that makes sense.
