Got a call from a general contractor working a site near Peninsula Park in Oxnard. Monday morning, concrete pour already rolling, and his 2011 Journey's Fobik housing had cracked bad enough that the emergency blade was wobbling loose inside the shell. He could still start it if he held the fob against the start button, but that was borrowed time.

I drove out during a gap in his pour schedule. Decoded his lock cylinders with my Y159 Lishi to verify the original blade cuts, then built a new Fobik in a fresh 68155686AB shell right on his tailgate. Programmed the new fob through the OBD-II port, wrote it to the WCM, and confirmed all four buttons: lock, unlock, hatch, panic. The EVIC picked up the new key on the first cycle, no "Key Fob Not Detected," no drama.
He watched from about ten feet away, one eye on the mixer, one eye on me. When I handed him the finished key and he hit unlock from across the lot, he just nodded and walked back to his crew.
Never left the job site. The whole thing took less time than the concrete guys spent on their lunch run.
