He was at the Korean BBQ in Oxnard when his jacket was grabbed off the booth. Keys, wallet, phone, all of it. He borrowed a phone, called the police, and then his wife called me.

His 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe was in the lot with zero keys. The Hyundai dealer told his wife it would be 3 to 5 business days, the car needed to be towed in, and they recommended reprogramming the full smart system since the stolen fob could still unlock the doors. Combined estimate was over $700.
