She was at the outlet mall in Santa Barbara with her daughter when her purse was taken from the shopping cart. Keys, wallet, phone, all of it. She borrowed a phone from a store clerk and called her husband, then the police, then me.

I got there that evening. All-keys-lost after a theft means I clear the entire key memory so the stolen fob can no longer start the engine, then program fresh keys from scratch. I used my IM608 to access the keyless module, wipe old key data, and register two new smart fobs. Her fob, FCC ID , was a -button smart key. I decoded the lock, cut the emergency blades, and had both fobs tested before the police finished the report.
She drove home that night with her daughter. Total was 95 for two keys. Dealer estimated 200 plus a tow and a week. The stolen key is dead to the car.
