I was parked off San Elijo Avenue in Cardiff-by-the-Sea when the call came in. Guy in a parking lot near the beach, 2014 Ford Fiesta, fob completely dead. No lock, no unlock, no start. He had already done the right thing and swapped the CR2032 himself. Battery was fine. Still nothing.
