Out in Eucalyptus Hills, a guy called me about a 2003 Grand Prix that wouldn't stay running. He'd had a spare key cut at a hardware store, the car unlocked fine, and it even cranked. He mentioned the dealer had quoted him a wait of several days just to get a service appointment. He didn't need that. He needed someone who could come to his driveway in Lakeside and fix the actual problem.
