It was a Friday night in Old Town National City, close to nine-thirty. A couple came out from the area near the theater to find their 2023 Ram ProMaster sitting cold. The fob was doing nothing. No response on any button. The van would not acknowledge the key at all.

I connected my programming tool through the OBD port, re-enrolled the fob, and verified the van would start. Tested every button before I packed up.
