A guy called me about his 2012 Volkswagen EOS sitting in his driveway with one working key that he'd dropped one too many times. I ran through every button, tested the start three times cold, and checked remote range from across the driveway.
He had a working spare in about forty-five minutes. He saved a good chunk compared to what the dealer quoted him, and he never had to leave his driveway to get it done.
