I got a call from a woman parked near a Trader Joe's over by Dictionary Hill. Her 2010 XC60 was her only car, she had no spare key, and she'd already been to the dealer. She asked me at the end if the "European security" made it harder. I told her it just means you need the right tool. The dealer has it. So do I.
She saved a good chunk compared to the quote she'd walked away from. That part was almost an afterthought by then. She mostly just wanted to not be without a working key anymore.
